I wouldn’t say it is my favorite way to exercise, but I walk on my treadmill or outside with my grandson, weather permitting.

I had so much fun at the Getty Owl Run this year! I would also love to keep up on the running because I realized that I missed it! Years ago I ran cross country and track at ARC. Happy 2nd Birthday Getty!!!!
I love running, especially when it helps raise money for research. Running also helps me releave stress. I’m looking to put on some big miles this year and can’t to run in the Getty Run again next year.

A couple summers ago, I was a camp counselor at a camp in way-northern California. We got to white water raft a lot and I fell in love. It is QUITE the work out, buy my favorite one by far.
And of course, I always love a good run!

I have taken up running over the past 2 years and love zumba for exercise.
This would help me keep up with my running…I take steps for my girls that they can’t take.

My favorite form of exercise is any that incorporates dancing – Zumba, Jazzercise, or belly dancing. Yes – you read that correctly – belly dancing. Little known fact – I’m a trained American Tribal Style belly dancer! 🙂

When you train all year for a half marathon(Disney Princess Half 2012) in honor of all the kids and adults with sma — I think you turn into a Princess Runner. Cool package — it will be a nice added addition to those long runs.

Pretty sure my favorite way to exercise will always be playing soccer. However, lately I’ve been doing some hipline dance and playing ultimate frisbee. Happy Birthday, Getty!!

My favorite way to exercise, used to be watching TV, but lately it’s been working out at the gym. Having to walk most of the Getty Owl 5k made me want to shoot for running the whole 10k next year!
